Shipping policy

Where we ship and what it costs

Fairway Lab ships to U.S. addresses accepted at checkout. Standard shipping is $8 per order, or free when the merchandise subtotal is $70 or more after discounts and before tax. Available shipping options and charges are shown before payment.

Fulfillment and delivery

Our products are dispatched by third-party suppliers and may ship from outside the United States. We do not promise U.S. warehouse fulfillment, express delivery, or arrival by a specific date.

Any product-specific processing and delivery estimates will be displayed on the product page or at checkout. Processing time is separate from transit time. If no estimate is displayed and you need an item by a particular date, contact support@shopfairwaylab.com before ordering.

We ship within the shipping timeframe stated when you order. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days or notify you of a delay before that deadline. If we cannot ship on time, we will offer a revised timeframe, where available, and the option to cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items and applicable shipping charges. If you do not agree to the delay, we will cancel and refund the affected items. A shipping deadline is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking and separate packages

We email tracking details when they become available. Items may arrive in separate packages, with separate tracking numbers; we will not charge additional shipping solely because we split an order.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your shipping address before paying. Email support@shopfairwaylab.com immediately if it needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when non-delivery or damage is confirmed. Contact us before paying an unexpected import or delivery charge so we can investigate and explain your options.
