Refund policy

Our 30-day return window

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing support@shopfairwaylab.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include their original packaging and supplied accessories. These condition requirements do not apply to a valid claim that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to return an item

Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide authorization and a U.S. return address; do not ship items to the supplier, manufacturer, or address printed on the parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Send an authorized return within 14 calendar days after receiving the return instructions. Keep proof of postage and use a tracked service. If you need more time, contact us before that deadline.

Return costs

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if available. Fairway Lab will cover any required return shipping and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, including applicable original shipping charges. We may resolve the issue without requiring a return.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting a return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the returned item, including any discount and applicable tax adjustments. Refunds for cancellations caused by our inability to ship on time will be issued promptly and no later than seven business days after cancellation.

Cancellations and exchanges

Email us as soon as possible to request cancellation before shipment. We will try to stop fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. This does not limit your cancellation rights when we cannot ship on time.

For an exchange, contact us first. If a direct exchange is unavailable, we will help you arrange an eligible return and a separate purchase.

Your rights and support

The 30-day change-of-mind policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable law for defective goods, non-delivery, or other issues. Contact support@shopfairwaylab.com for assistance.
